Jayme Blasiman is an author, speaker, podcast host, a business consultant, investor and an influencer among women in the industry. She is the founder of the Femcanic Garage podcast, Femcanic Tools, and Women’s Motor Fest. Through Femcanic Tools, Jayme consults many small to mid-sized companies, helping transform their company through modernized marketing, operational efficiency and e-commerce strategies.
Jayme’s had many ventures in the business world from being a financial advisor with the largest firm on Wall Street to program managing multi-million dollar projects with the largest auto glass company in the industry, but none has sparked her fire like celebrating and elevating women in the automotive, skilled trades and motorsports industries. As a serial entrepreneur, Jayme has made it her personal mission to help women address the sticky floor trap so they can realize their full development and income earning potential.
